Booking Conditions
General
- Skiers/Riders must be ready at least five minutes prior to the session.
- All ski sessions once started, which cannot be completed due to weather conditions or due to a fault of WSS can be taken later in the day only if booking time permits. A time credit will be offered by WSS for these bookings dependant on the effected time.
Pre Booking
- Individual Sessions can only be booked up to 2 weeks in advance unless secured by Credit / Debit Card
- Bookings through Activity Outlets - no limit
- Group bookings (duration longer than 1 hour) - no limit
- Boat driving/instructors courses - no limit
Securing Booking
- To secure a group booking (1 hour or longer) or Course, a 50% pre-payment deposit is required at the time of booking
- A deposit is not required for Individual bookings
Cancellation Policy (Group Bookings or Courses)
- Up to one week prior to session - no charge
- Within one week of the session the deposit is non-refundable
- Deposit is refundable if session is cancelled due to the fault of WaterskiScotland
Cancellation Policy (Individuals)
- Cancelled ski sessions must be notified to WaterskiScotland at least 4 hours prior to the session. Failure to comply may lead to full prepayment for any future bookings.
